RumiLife® CAL24™ – Advanced Calcium Support for Fresh Cows
RumiLife® CAL24™ is a nutritional supplement designed to support proper calcium and magnesium levels at freshening and during other times associated with low blood calcium. It helps promote healthy metabolic function in high-producing dairy cows and supports the body’s natural ability to regulate calcium levels during the critical first 24 hours after calving.
RumiLife® CAL24™ can also be administered 2–3 hours after an IV calcium solution to help provide sustained-release supplementation and maintain blood calcium levels.
What Is Calmin®?
Calmin® is a highly available and absorbable source of calcium and magnesium derived from calciferous sea algae. Research has shown Calmin® to be more absorbable than many other supplemental calcium sources. Its unique structure allows the cow to efficiently break down and absorb calcium before it passes through the digestive system, providing longer-lasting support.

Recommended Dosage
- At freshening: Administer two boluses (one full dose package)
- Other times of low calcium: Use as needed
- One bolus provides approximately 12 hours of support
- Two boluses extend support to a full 24-hour period
Easy Administration
The bolus features a tapered shape and slick coating for safe and easy administration, even in smaller breeds such as Jerseys.
Important Note
RumiLife® CAL24™ does not replace an IV calcium treatment for clinical milk fever. If a cow is down with milk fever, administer an IV calcium solution as directed by a veterinarian. RumiLife® CAL24™ can then be given 3–4 hours afterward to help maintain blood calcium levels.
