Magnet Valve Spray 1/8" (24V DC)

This 1/8" Magnet Valve Spray is a compact, high-precision solenoid valve designed for the teat spraying and chemical delivery systems of the Lely Astronaut A2, A3, and A4 robots. While similar in function to the 1/4" version, the 1/8" connection size is specifically used in manifold blocks and tighter pipework configurations found in the robot's spray module.

Maintenance Insight

Because teat dip can sometimes crystallize or contain small particles, the 3mm orifice can occasionally become partially blocked.

• Troubleshooting: If the spray pattern becomes irregular or "misty," check the inlet side of the valve for debris.

Leakage: If the sprayer drips while the robot is idle, the FKM seal may have a small piece of grit trapped under it, preventing a full closure
