Directions for Use
Dosage: Apply 15 mL (0.5 fl. oz) per 45 kg (100 lbs) of body weight.
- Maximum Dose: Do not exceed 150 mL (5 fl. oz) per animal.
Application: Pour the liquid along the back and down the face. Avoid contact with eyes, nose, and mouth. For facial application, a moistened cloth may be used.
Frequency:
- Do not repeat treatment for at least 14 days.
- For complete lice control, two treatments 14 days apart are recommended.
- Annual Limit: Do not exceed 2 applications per animal per year.

- PPE: Wear chemical-resistant gloves, long sleeves, and long pants during application and cleanup.
- Dairy Restrictions: Do not use Lice-X in combination with any other permethrin treatments on dairy cattle.
DANGER: Harmful if swallowed, inhaled, or absorbed through the skin. This product contains petroleum distillates. In case of ingestion, do not induce vomiting and contact a poison control center immediately.
