Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at West Country Dairy Supply Inc. We strive to provide you with the best possible products and service. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return policy:

Returns and Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging.
  • Exceptions: Items that are marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" cannot be returned.

Reason for Return

  1. Shipping: Once an authorization email has been sent back to you with approval. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective.

Instructions:

Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible. Include all original tags and accessories.

Ship the package to the following address:

  1. Refund: Once we receive your return and verify that it meets all the conditions, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 15 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

 

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will provide you with instructions for returning the item and will replace it or issue a full refund. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the damaged or defective item is deemed fully functional or not damaged and you will be invoiced a $20 fee plus the shipping cost to return the product. It is highly recommended that you test the item before sending it to avoid these charges.

Shipping Errors

If we ship you the wrong item, we will correct the error at no cost to you. Please contact us within 30 days of purchase.

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival or if we shipped you the wrong item.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet our return policy conditions.
